Text swiped from [livejournal.com profile] nephthys510: The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingram in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

I think the results are somewhat skewed to adjectives that fall at the beginning of the alphabet, because by the time you get to the "R"s, you can't choose any more.

Of course, it might just be my laziness at work.

It took me a while to even realize that they were alphabetized in the first place. I started in the middle and read words at random.
