I just cut pieces for Eliza and myself. OMG. It is so good. Hot, with butter. And my house smells like banana bread (and vinegar because I've been washing windows, but mostly banana bread).
With a bit of clever folding you can make a one-time use loaf pan from aluminum foil. You can also use a saucepan or skillet if it has an oven safe handle.
