Scene: (Co-worker) J and I are in the work truck. He's parking outside the office building of our next service call. We're both groaning and rolling our eyes at the idiotic Conrad Burns radio ad. Earlier we'd stopped to buy refreshing cold drinks at a gas station.

Radio: "I trust Conrad Burns to do the right thing."

J & Me: *simultaneous spit-take of refreshing beverages*

Me: *hysterical giggling fit*

J: "That's the funniest thing I've heard all week."

Hey, darling...did you get your order from http://www.mylipstuff.com/ yet? And, did you get the gloss in the little pots, or just in sticks? I need to know if they're soft and spreadable, or hard and waxy. I'm hoping for soft and spreadable. :)

Oh damn...I just ran out of lip stuff and I wanted to place an order, but you know how awful it is when your little pot of gloss is all waxy and won't go on, and just makes little shards of wax on your lips. :(

Did you check out melanie's soap site (http://www.althaea.biz/soaps.html)? She's got all-natural lipglosses that are flavored (http://althaea.biz/perfumeetc.html). (Scroll down.) You could ask her about the texture. Given the ingredients it seems like they'd go on smoothly.

Last time I was up that way, I was surprised to hear what sounds like an ad for the guy who dyed his skin grey with colloidal silver. I remember his pitch revolved around "I may not look like the other candidates, but I have much better ideas" or something like that.

Much better ideas, like... ingesting so much colloidal silver it turns your skin dark grey, because antibiotics won't be available when y2k hits?
