Breakfast:
Yü™ "apple & rose" rice beverage
Numi™ "Chinese Breakfast" tea
Yü™ dark chocolate rice beverage
matzah (plain)


Lunch:
Reeds™ Ginger Brew
black bean & garlic tortilla chips
raisins
granny smith apple
orange
matzah (plain)


Dinner:
chicken thighs with asparagus spears, baby carrots, dried cranberries, walnuts, balsamic vinegar, white wine, garlic & assorted herbs/spices, all tossed together in an oven bag & slow-baked. I get the best results when I just start throwing things together at random! This is delicious. It's not that I don't know how to cook, it's that cooking bores me, so I don't really enjoy cooking. These results were worth the time it took to toss things in the oven bag, though!

Mmmm, it IS! Interesting thing: the veggies were cooked the same amt of time as the meat: I just threw it all in the oven bag, shook it around, and baked it in a glass pan. But the baby carrots, while cooked, are still crisp! Must be the vinegar?
