Having done it, I would like to point out that it was really, really hard to find five.
When I did mine, I found it really, really hard to find the five positive ones, and wanted to check off nearly every box in the negative ones - I imagine most people find it easier to find their own flaws, and other people's good points.
When I did mine, I found it equally easy to check off the positives and negatives... which is probably a good thing? I don't know.
I haven't been able to do anyone's Nohari. I've tried a few times, and clicked the window closed because either I didn't know the person well enough to give that sort of feedback, or I know the person well enough that I can't give that sort of feedback outside the context of a conversation with much attention paid to the other person's reactions! (Conflict-avoidant? Oh my, yes!)
What I find interesting (just to continue the "all about me" flavor of this comment) is that when my Johari window has contradictory terms, I think "Oh, these two people have different experiences of me, that makes sense." When I see contradictory terms on my Nohari, I think "Oh now, how can I be both predictable and rash?" :-)
