In order of priority:

1. pay car insurance bill.


2. Go to WORD and get on waiting lists for subsidized and low-income housing.


3. Get TSH and thyroglobulin blood test.


4. Start my job search.


5. Write 4-5 page APA-format paper on Anna Freud.


6. Write 10-15 page APA-format paper on automatic chunking.


7. Write 10-15 page APA-format paper on something I can't remember but have written down.


8. Write 30-40 page APA-format research proposal on whether maximal mood elevation effects are obtained by matching the level of physical exertion to the level of perceived emotional stress when exercising.


9. Complete paperwork for SARS internship, turn in (it's only half a semester late).


10. Get my medical bills resolved: I shouldn't be getting billed for this stuff.


11. Update wabre.org site (also WAY overdue).


12. Contact boys' case manager, ask what happened w/ the monthly appointment and her checking in and all.. did I flake? Probably. Make appointment.


13. Two functional headlights on the minivan.


14. Two functional taillights on the minivan.


15. Get studded tires off the van, regular tires on.


16. Take down the fucking Christmas tree and put the decorations away.


17. Workstuff: meet with Martha & Marlene about the website, get a plan.


18. More workstuff: meet with the Dean & Associate Dean about the Alumni section of the site. Get a plan.


19. Yet more workstuff: make database system for Master's & Doctoral comprehensive examination registrations.


20. Meet with Dr. Fiore about my chances of getting into the Clinical Psychology program here, and what I need to do to make that happen.


21. Wash all the damn dishes. (This should probably go higher up.)


22. Wash all the damn laundry. (This will be going on all week.)


23. Fold and put away all the damn laundry.


24. Sort the kids' clothes and get rid of stuff that's too small or worn out.


25. Make a plan for the wabre.org website, and a couple mockups for redesigns.


26. Get the whole damned house CLEAN.


27. Make a plan for the church website, like how to keep it updated. Incorporate some PHP and mySQL, and find a way to make it someone else's job to keep it up to date.


28. Write 3-4 page super-easy paper on There Are No Children Here.


29. Write 5-6 page paper on how my work at SARS addresses addictions.

Your should add "Take care of self" to the list too though.

Actually, this is taking care of myself. Stress takes a big toll on me. A lot of the emotional/mental distress lately has been due to an overload of stress. Every item on this list swirls around my head all day and night, whining "You're a loser because I'm not done, and horrible things will happen if you don't do me soon!" With each item I cross off, my stress level will drop, I will feel more capable, and I will probably actually get more done, because I won't feel so paralyzed by the overwhelmingness of it all.
