Oh, not at all. gryphonwing, who was my girlfriend for a couple years, has always told me about her new and fabulous lovers. It's all good. (Unless they treat her badly, in which case I send long-distance glares of death.)
ahhh you just want him for his bits and bites - errrr... bytes! ;)
no he's a find honey... thanks for tipping the rest of us off to his LJ - If I weren't blissfully married, and were *considerably* younger, I'd join you in line!
as it is... I'll just have to lust vicariously through you! :)
"Before I forget I have to ask, how DID you find me? Was it just the nefairious "Random" button?"
Nope. My friend kahnman often points his friends-list-dom to threads on weird_jews. The ancestry thread interested me, and there I saw your comments which reminded me of things said by my friend Matt. After that, I read your LJ to see if the strange-coolness was an isolated incident. Upon finding it to be your usual mode of communication, I fell madly in love with you.
No worries, I'm too far away and too poor to stalk you.
Ah, friend of a friend type deal. Less exciting, but it makes sense I suppose.

Having just looked up Missoula on Multimap.com I don't think I have anything to worry about either (more's the pity). It looks like it's in the middle of nowhere. Do you have electricity and running water? Or do you have to make do with stunning views of the Montana wilderness?
We do have electrcity and running water (and even Internet!), but as you may have noticed from my posts, we measure distances in the time it takes to travel them. A three hour drive is "not too far" and a one hour drive is "right close by." Missoula has a population of around 60,000 and is a liberal oasis in the Montanan conservative desert.
Hitting deer with one's automobile is commonplace. Once, two terrified cows ran through the city, mowing down people in their path, as five police cars drove over the lawns of housing developments in hot pursuit. My oldest son, then age 6, was among the mown. People shook their heads and said "Give me a rope and a hotshot (electric cattle prod), and I'd have them cows caught in twenty minutes."
Every now and again, a bear wanders through my neighborhood, or we're told to keep a close eye on our children because a mountain lion is roaming the streets.
I stopped using the "random" button after being badly frightened by a long and unbroken run of journals featuring posts like "my life is terabul and my parints suck and i hate skoole and nobudy has evar sufered liek i do and nobudy undurstans my deap pain by the way shuld i wear the black or blu pants to the consert my parints bot me tikits for."
Yeah, the Russian ones frustrate me. I'll stick around on a Spanish one for a while, because I can translate well enough to get the gist of what's being said (and I like the challenge), but I know absolutely no Russian, so... blah.
I like me some webquizzes, but content is good too.
It's my opinion that only legitimate use of bright pink is on females under the age of 12 or as a socio-political comment. (Baby pink, on the other hand, is a perfectly lovely color.)

I might have to join the queue....
Is there a second one for simple lust, or is it a "love line" only?
