It's back to bed I go. I made it an hour and a half, but am just too damn sick to keep working. I could push through if I were sitting at a desk, but no way can I carry heavy things right now. I'm going to eat something, shower, then get some sleep before my surgery appointment (where I will lie and say I feel fine, just a little tired from the job).

Ooh, ooh, I concur! Actually, I use the combination Echinacea and Goldenseal in the same pill, you can buy it at most herbal stores. I hope you feel better, sweetie.

We take that in liquid form here. And it is one of the most vile tasting things I've ever had. Kills the germs dead too.
