Move to the city ("It's not bad here in the swamp, but I feel there's something more"), where you can realize that what's been wrong all these years is your gender identity. ("But I don't feel like a frog! I don't know why.") Once in the city, you can safely explore your identity and make your outside match your inside. ("I'm not a frog! I'm a prince!") Along the way you'll deal with a really snotty drama queen. Don't bother trying to make her like you, her sisters are much cooler anyway. Your rural friends can visit, but they probably won't really understand. ("Don't you like the swamp? Aren't we your friends?") Your city friends will welcome your rural friends but also won't really understand. ("Your swamp friends may live in the castle!") Together you can grieve the loss of your old identity ("He was a frog") and celebrate the realization of your true identity.
And they all live conflictedly ever after. The end.
(Eliza did make a very cute Fly Trap. She was appropriately menacing and snarly.)
