Scene: (Co-worker) J and I are in the work truck. He's parking outside the office building of our next service call. We're both groaning and rolling our eyes at the idiotic Conrad Burns radio ad. Earlier we'd stopped to buy refreshing cold drinks at a gas station.

Radio: "I trust Conrad Burns to do the right thing."

J & Me: *simultaneous spit-take of refreshing beverages*

Me: *hysterical giggling fit*

J: "That's the funniest thing I've heard all week."

Last time I was up that way, I was surprised to hear what sounds like an ad for the guy who dyed his skin grey with colloidal silver. I remember his pitch revolved around "I may not look like the other candidates, but I have much better ideas" or something like that.

Much better ideas, like... ingesting so much colloidal silver it turns your skin dark grey, because antibiotics won't be available when y2k hits?
