Not the very most useful no, but I was very glad to know the hazards of heroism.
I hate late periods. Knee pain is increasingly just "there" for me, but I'm not a fan of things which increase the knee pain, so yeah, heroism is right out for me.
The other links I found weren't terribly helpful either... they were either "folks who play DDR saying 'when I play a lot, my knees and ankles really hurt' but lacking the knowledge to find ways to decrease the potential for RSI" or "folks who have the appropriate knowledge but who make rather harsh fun of anyone who posts 'when I play DDR a lot, my knees and ankles really hurt' instead of addressing the potential for RSI."
